Meet Coach Frank our Operational Manager! Coach Frank is a certified Strength coach with a background in sports performance and specialty in basketball training. Frank has worked in the strength and conditioning realm for several years thereby broadening his experience working with competitive athletes. He alsoplayed basketball overseas for several years. Coach Frank has a passion for community, and leadership. He strives to bridge the gap between youth development and community outreach !
